Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW) Juris Doctor (UTS) Helen was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015, and subsequently to the High Court of Australia and the High Court of New Zealand in 2017. Adam is a highly experienced migration lawyer with over twenty years of experience in providing legal services related to migration law. He has dedicated himself to assisting clients with study applications in Australia. Adam possesses a direct and thorough understanding of Australian immigration policies, as well as its commercial law and cultural environment. 

His extensive experience enables HC Lawyers to design the most suitable immigration solutions for our clients. Huey commenced practising in 2014 and since then has established himself as a dedicated and results-driven lawyer with extensive experience across a broad range of legal services, including commercial law, property law, family law, employment law, and general litigation.  

His family law practice encompasses matters involving divorce, property settlements, parenting arrangements, and child custody disputes, where he approaches each case with professionalism, empathy, and a strong focus on achieving practical outcomes for clients. In the realm of commercial law and property matters, he has assisted individuals and businesses with transactions, negotiations, and dispute resolution. Additionally, he provides guidance in employment law matters, including workplace rights, employment contracts, and effective dispute resolution strategies.  

To date, his largest property acquisition portfolio involved transactions valued at approximately AUD 47 million, showcasing his experience in managing complex, high-value property law matters with precision and strategic oversight.  

With a well-rounded background in litigation, he is committed to delivering strategic legal advice, strong advocacy, and effective representation tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, including areas related to migration law.
